MileMate Description

MileMate enables you to track and manage your vehicle maintenance, ensuring your vehicles are running in top condition. There are three exciting MileMate Trim Levels, each designed to match driver needs and budgets.
MileMate will display your information in miles, kilometers and hours. In addition, some aspects of the displays will use your regional settings automatically while others, such as calculating fuel consumption with the American or European standard, are entirely customizable. You can track fixed, annual costs (such as registration) as well as daily operational costs (such as Fill Ups and service).
MileMate includes over two dozen reports you can use to track your vehicle performance. The easy to use filtering capability allows you to drill down into your data, dissect potential problems or understand data anomalies. You can direct the output to your screen or printer or save your reports in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or an Adobe Acrobat file formats.
MileMate uses sophisticated algorithms for such calculations as your total cost analyses, odometer readings, fuel consumption and scheduled maintenance reminders. For example, you can enter partial Fill Ups and the previous Fill Up information will be used to calculate consumption. You can even skip a Fill Up or Reminder and MileMate will take that information into consideration with the next Fill Up or scheduled Reminder.
MileMate will display a reminder, at intervals you set, prompting you to back up your Garage ensuring your information is safe and secure. There is a comprehensive Owners Manual that provides overview and context-sensitive detailed help, where and when you need it. All MileMate Trims are covered under the Blue Sunset Software TLC program. This covers upgrades to that Trim Level for life.
